Greg Chin is an experienced corporate attorney with nearly twenty years of experience, including as a partner at prominent global law firms. Greg represents public and private companies in cleantech, the life sciences and other emerging growth industries, and regularly represents venture capital firms that support emerging growth companies. Previously a partner in the Silicon Valley office of Jones Day, Mr. Chin was also a partner at Latham & Watkins, a co-founder of Latham’s cleantech practice and global co-chair of the cleantech industry group.
Timothy L. McNeill is an experienced corporate transactional attorney representing emerging growth companies and other businesses in the Research Triangle Park area, with a particular focus on health care and digital health clients. Tim practiced with several prominent North Carolina law firms and served as Counsel for a national managed care organization while advising and representing clients on issues related to general corporate law, healthcare regulatory law and entrepreneurship.
Sara Shen's practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, private equity fund formation and investments and other business transactions in a variety of industries. In her international work, Sara brings an insider's perspective in advising clients on complex foreign direct investments and joint ventures, cross-border M&A, technology licensing and regulatory and compliance matters involving China.
